The Minister Khidir Admires Our Museum

Visiting Panorama 1453 Museum of History, the Sudan Minister of State, Ahmed Saad Omer Khidir (Ahmed Seyyid Ömer Hıdır), says "Panorama 1453 is an unprecedented work and sheds light to the history of the city of Istanbul”.

Visiting Panorama 1453 Museum of History, the Sudan Minister of State, Ahmed Saad Omer Khidir (Ahmed Seyyid Ömer Hıdır), says "Panorama 1453 is an unprecedented work and sheds light to the history of the city of Istanbul”.

Grandchild of Sultan Ali Dinar, and Minister of State of Sudan Republic, Ahmed Saad Omer Khidir visited Panorama 1453 Museum of History.

Deputy Secretary of Prime Ministry, M. Abdullah Canbek welcomed the minister upon entrance of the museum. Also known to be quite interested in the Ottoman History, the Minister Khidir obtained information about the conquest of Istanbul, and Panorama 1453 Museum of History from the Museum Manager Salih Doğan.

Sudan Minister of State, Ahmed Saad Omer Khidir was impressed by the museum and wrote down the followings on the guest book of the museum:

“Thank God, who creates communities among the Islamic communities that lay claims on their heritage and set a good example for next generation.

We give our special thanks to the Metropolitan Municipality that lay claims on such a precious heritage for the good of us all. I further thank them for creating this specific museum that narrates the conquest of the Roman Empire, and for paying attention to this special subject matter.

I pray the Supreme Being will bestow further success and guidance to this administration. This is really an unprecedented work and sheds light to the history of the city of Istanbul. I express my appreciations and thanks. I also give my thanks to everybody that contributed efforts to the construction and management of the museum. I am grateful to dear undersecretary for accompanying us in our visit.  I wish you continued success and prosperity. May the will of god be with you…”

Afterwards, Deputy Secretary of Prime Ministry, Abdullah Canbek presented the guest minister "Sultan II. Abdulhamid’in Arşivinden Dünya/The World from the Archive of Sultan Abdulhamid II" and the book of museum from İBB Kültür. A.Ş. publications.

The guest minister was seen off after he watched the 3D helicopter simulation of Turkey, enriched by realistic effects such as wind, rain, snow and touch after visiting the museum.
