The Kyrgyz Minister Visits Our Museum

Erlan Abduldayev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Kyrgyzstan and the accompanying committee visited Topkapı Turkish World Culture Houses and Panorama 1453 Museum of History, and obtained information from the competent authorities.

Erlan Abduldayev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Kyrgyzstan, who arrived at the company of Mirlan Arstanbeyev, the Consul General of Kyrgyzstan to Istanbul, and the accompanying committee were welcomed at the Culture Quarter by Nevzat Kütük, the General Manager of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Kültür A.Ş.

The General Manager Nevzat Kütük provided the guest committee with information at the Kyrgyz Tent, which was given as a gift to Kültür A.Ş. by Kyrgyz Culture Houses and the Kyrgyz Parliament.  Abduldayev, the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Kyrgyzstan also examined other culture houses at the Turkish World Culture Quarter.

The guest minister Abduldayev remarked as follows: "I give my special thanks to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Kadir Topbaş and the General Manager for such a beautiful work. This has offered a very good opportunity for each country and especially for the Turkic Republics. It is a vital work in that in enables them to introduce their culture and country. Each of these houses functions as an ethnography museum, and expresses our shared cultures and values. We are grateful to Turkey, which a twin country to us. It is an honour for us that our flag rises here. I feel proud to be here. I have brought you the greetings of your brothers and sisters from the territory of your ancestors."

Nevzat Kütük, General Director of Kültür A.Ş. remarked as follows: "Your visit today has made us more than happy. We are utterly pleased to have you here. Although our countries are thousands of kilometres apart, our hearts beat for the same. Please accept our greetings to the great territory of our ancestors."

Kütük gave the guest minister a book named "Uygarlıklar Beşiği İstanbul /Istanbul, the Cradle of Civilisations" published as a lure book by Kültür A.Ş.

After the guest committee visited Panorama 1453 Museum of History, the Minister Abduldayev wrote down on the guest book of the museum as follows: "We visited a very beautiful museum and witnessed the conquest of the city of Istanbul. I feel proud on behalf of the Turkish history. I personally and on behalf of my committee thank you all for your kind interest and for your precious work of constructing this museum.".

Nevzat Kütük, General Director of Kültür A.Ş., presented the guest committee the Panorama Museum book after their visit of the museum, and saw them off.
